The County Mainframe will be undergoing a systems upgrade over the President's Day weekend.  The "Real Estate and Tax Records - Text Only and Graphic Access", the "Civil Dockets and Judgment Index - Text Only and Graphic Access", and the "Recorder of Deeds - Text Only Access" systems will be unavailable from Sunday 2/14/2010, at 12 Noon thru Monday 2/15/2010, at approximately 5:00 PM. Delaware County will make this site available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  These hours are tentative and will be affected by, but not limited to, preventative maintenance needs, system backups, and system downtime.  Please take NOTE of the following system backup schedule, when individual applications will be unavailable.
